I am recruiting for 2 x HR Advisors for immediate start based within Staffordshire working 2/3 days onsite.

This role will be on 6-12 month FTC reporting into the HR Business Partners.

As an HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting a Change Management project. This project involves navigating redundancy processes and conducting employee consultations. You’ll collaborate closely with the HR team, managers, and employees to ensure a smooth transition during this critical phase.

You must have experience within leading or being involved with redundancies and consultations, ideally within a regulated business.

Our client based in North Leicestershire have an excellent opportunity for a strategic senior HR advisor to join their team to support the UK business. The organization  are focused on sustainability and efficiency whilst providing the highest levels of customer service.

This post is a true generalist role with responsibility across the full employee life-cycle reporting in to the HR manager and partnering with stakeholders to c-suite levels to contribute to implementing and executing the HR strategy.

At this organization the HR team plays a pivotal role to achieve the overall business objectives and your role will be varied from employee relations to talent management to L&D project work, recruitment, management coaching & building strong stakeholder relationships throughout the business.

For this position we are looking for CIPD level 5 qualified or equivalent HR professionals who have experience and thrive working in fast-paced environments with experience across the full employee life-cycle and have experience implementing & contributing to business strategy. You will be able to influence and coach management and be an expert in building stakeholder relationships up to Director levels and prior experience within recruitment / talent acquisition & development is essential.
