Job Title: Full-Time Shopify Developer

Location: Birmingham, UK (2 days onsite, 3 days remote)

Salary Range: £50,000 – £70,000 per annum

Are you a highly skilled Shopify Developer looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity? Join our dynamic team in Birmingham, where you’ll have the chance to contribute to a thriving e-commerce platform. We are seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Full-Time Shopify Developer, with 2 days onsite and 3 days remote work. This is an inhouse role for an end client who have had a system built by an external body, they are seeking to bring development inhouse hence you will have ownership of the system.

Responsibilities:

  • Shopify Development: Lead the development and maintenance of our Shopify-based e-commerce platform. Implement custom features, optimize performance, and ensure a seamless and engaging user experience.
  • Theme Customization: Customize and enhance Shopify themes to align with our brand and design requirements. Ensure a responsive and visually appealing storefront.
  • App Integration: Integrate third-party apps and tools to enhance the functionality of our Shopify store. Evaluate and recommend new apps as needed.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and customer support, to implement and deploy new features. Provide technical expertise and support as needed.
  • Project Management: Effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.

West Midlands

We have just been briefed on a fantastic opportunity for a Technical Project Manager to join a leading Midlands based business who are implementing a major transformation across their UK wide estate. Previous experience delivering systems such as (ERP, CRM, HR) is essential for this role.

This is a fantastic new opportunity to join team during an exciting phase of growth and investment in IT across a 3000 strong business. You’ll join a team implementing a “cloud first” and general transformation strategy across our multi-site, primarily UK based businesses. You’ll play a central role developing and leading projects, helping define and deliver the ongoing cloud journey.

Technical Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects to customer requirements, deadlines, and budgets
  • Lead the project team, define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and plan and track project timelines
  • Develop best practices for project execution and management, draft and submit budget proposals, and assign tasks to team members
  • Identify and resolve project issues, proactively manage changes in project scope, and coach and mentor the project team

Data Warehouse Engineer

Location: Birmingham, hybrid (2 days a week)

Salary: £60,000 – £70,000

Job Description

A fast growing software house in Birmingham are looking to bring on a Data Warehouse Engineer where you will be working on a highly exciting greenfield project. You will be reporting directly into the Head of Systems, where you will be involved with supercharging their technology plans over the next couple of years. The role will be working with a growing technology business that provides support to multiple people around the world. This role would suit somebody who wants to take the next step in their career and have a mix of management responsibilities as well as being in hands on in providing data transformation. The next couple of years are highly exciting where you will be involved with skyrocketing there plans to enable the business to take the next step in their data journey.

You will be involved with this partner as a key hands on Data Warehouse Engineer where you will be designing, developing and optimising data pipelines. You will have key experience in programming in SQL and Python. The role will include identifying, designing and implementing internal process improvements including re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, optimising data delivery, and automating manual processes. They are looking for someone to plan, design and implement data warehouse and system integration projects. This partner is passionate about high quality data development, where you will be central with working with the newest technology and develop new ways of working.

IT Service Coordinator

Birmingham – Onsite (1 day WFH)

Salary – £40,000 – £45,000 DOE

Global business based in Birmingham. We’re searching for an established IT Service Coordinator able to support a wide variety of technologies, with a strong passion to further develop their career as a confident IT professional, delivering high quality national technical support services with strong people & problem solving skills.

Whilst a significant amount of time will be dedicated to providing support for UK based sites, you will also be involved in the support of many projects and initiatives both within the UK and with international colleagues.

Desirable Skills:

  • To demonstrate capabilities in providing IT assistance and support to employees & team colleagues
  • Able to analyse, understand and resolve non standard issues and requests for business IT solutions
  • Demonstrate strong coordination skills.
  • Proven project management skills are preferred.
  • To make adjustments to working methods and independently develop solutions
  • Explain practices, procedures and policies to reach agreement with others outside of the role
  • Strong O365 knowledge is required, this includes SharePoint, Teams.
